Why I Won’t Be Celebrating the Fourth of July This Year

Whoever came up with the idea to have a national holiday to
celebrate all 47 of our nation’s presidents was an idiot who obviously never
read the history of our country. Most of the men who were given the opportunity
and privilege to lead America’s people were complete failures, and some caused
harm to our nation’s future. Only a few should receive such an honor, because
only a handful performed the duties required of an American President.
When I was a young man, our nation celebrated the lives of
two Presidents, Abraham Lincoln on February 12th, and George
Washington on February 22nd. They were deserving of the honor.
I would have added Franklin Delano Roosevelt, whose birthday
is January 30. “The People’s President” was the greatest of all time for a
single reason: he was the only man to place all Americans in priority number
one.
MY AMERICA TOOK ITS LAST BREATH ON JANUARY 20, 2017
On January 20, 2017, not only was the worst president in
history inaugurated, he soon earned
himself the title of “worst man in the world.”
Many political writers, who do not fear the truth, saw our
worst fears become reality. Not only did Trump fail to accomplish one thing of
a positive nature in four years, he nearly destroyed our nation’s economy as he
allowed more than one million Americans
to lose their lives because he failed to lead the fight against Covid-19.
His only “accomplishments” were to divide our nation’s
people, and remove our nation from its position as the most respected country
in the world. Without a single concern, he, alone, made the world a more
dangerous place.
TRUMP 2.0 IS 100 TIMES WORSE THAN THE FIRST
Somehow, the worst man in the world won a second term on
November 5, 2024. Although strong opinions claim that this election was rigged,
as was the one in 2016, he was allowed to wear the label of President of the
United States for a second time.
Not only is he unconcerned about performing the job for
which he was elected, he enjoys seeing millions of Americans suffer. He has
only one goal: to pleasure himself with riches and power. Trump is the poster
boy for the mental disease known as “Malignant Narcissism.”
Trump’s many crimes and Constitutional violations prevented
him from seeking a second term. However, his Supreme Court is the most biased
and corrupt in history. Six traitors to America gave him absolute immunity and
powers unintended by our Founding Fathers. It is fair to say that the Supreme
Court of the United States escalated the end of the dream.
R.I.P. AMERICA
The reason I will not be celebrating the 4th of
July this year is simple: My America no longer exists. I live in Trump’s “hell
on earth.”
My wife and I have a single income: our Social Security
checks. We and our employers contributed money to what was designated a
national retirement fund for more than 40 years. The money we receive belongs
to us, not to the federal government.
Sadly, corrupt politicians have bastardized the program which
was signed into law in 1935 by the People’s President, Franklin Delano
Roosevelt. Since that day, your government has embezzled our money. They have
attached other programs to Social Security instead of keeping them separate. In
reality, they use my money for their personal ambitions: winning reelections.
Trump made our lives even more difficult. Trump broke his
promise to end inflation on day one. He added a greater problem when he placed
ill-advised tariffs on virtually every commodity imported from other nations.
When he violated the Constitution, for the 100th
time, and declared war on Iran, prices rose again. As the cost of crude oil began
to rise, Americans began paying the highest prices for gasoline in history.
Companies which deliver food and other necessities in trucks, are experiencing
additional costs, requiring them to raise prices on the goods they transport. Commercial
airlines are experiencing the same problems. A few have ceased operations
indefinitely.
All of these problems lay squarely on Trump’s narrow
shoulders. Until he is removed from the people’s most treasured residence, the
White House, I find no reason to celebrate the spirit of the 4th of
July, formerly known as “Independence Day.”
