Democrats Have Many Choices To Make: What Comes First?
Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart Impeaching Donald Trump, defunding ICE, restoring funding for the Affordable Care Act, repealing Trump’s tax breaks for the super-rich, investigations into nearly every member of the Trump administration, defunding Trump’s war against Iran, passing a reasonable minimum wage for all Americas: these are just a few of the issues facing the Democratic dominated Congress when they are sworn in on January 3 rd . If Chuck Schumer and other members of the “O G” are allowed to control our nation’s future, whatever happens will lack urgency and courage. If Democrats accept what really happened on November 3 rd , whatever comes first will make a statement: “we are serious about our nation’s future.” STOP LISTENING TO THE BULLSHIT FROM THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA The Democratic Party is taking credit for the historic events which happened last Tuesday.
