Trump May be the Leader, but Many More Share the Blame

TRUMP LIED ABOUT NOT KNOWING PUTIN
The path to Trump’s illegitimate presidency began 37 years
ago in Moscow. Donald and Ivana Trump received an invitation to visit the
Russian Capital from the KGB in 1987. By this time Vladimir Putin had become
one of the principal members of the spy agency.
What happened over those few days is a closely guarded secret.
However, thanks to former MI-6 agent, Christopher Steele, we know everything
that happened in Moscow in 2013. The dossier is factual and another truth
hidden from the American people by our corrupt government. This is how Trump
won the Electoral College in 2016.
Ronald Reagan was inaugurated as our nation’s 40th
president in 1981. He changed all the rules, and discarded all the principles
of the Republican Party. He demanded unquestioned loyalty, and his decisions
alone controlled right-wing policy. All free thought and independent action
were forbidden. This was the beginning of the end of the once Grand Old Party.
Its demise was complete on January 20, 2017.
POLITICIANS ARE WHY AMERICA HAS NEVER BEEN A GREAT COUNTRY
When I first became interested in American politics, I was 10
years old. Our leaders in Washington were always a part of the conversation at
family gatherings. However, reading the newspaper, I understood one important
fact. Although Democrats and Republicans had different views for America’s
future, after strong, often heated deliberation, compromise allowed our
government to function normally.
THAT WAS THEN, THIS IS NOW
Now, 67 years later, there is no deliberation in Washington.
Moscow Mitch McConnell ended cooperation between the parties in 2017. As the
Senate Majority Leader, no Democrats were invited in the discussion of policy
or ideas related to which direction our nation would take in the future.
Let’s be totally clear, if Putin had not helped Trump win
the 2016 election our country would not be in danger of extinction. However,
right-wing politicians were not forced to support his plans for the destruction
of America. They chose to leave democracy behind and follow a fascist dictator.
Lies, conspiracy theories, and hate-filled speech are standard operating procedure
from the right side of the aisle.
THE BEGINNING OF THE END
The America I loved in my younger years has disappeared.
After Trump was gifted the election by Putin, the Media, and the
anti-democratic Electoral College, the Southern Poverty Law Center reported an
800 percent increase in hate crimes. Non-whites, non-Christians, members of the
LGBTQ community, and all women were attacked verbally and physically at a rate
not seen since the mid-20th century.
HATE IS ON THE RISE
Hate crimes continue to rise every year. 2023 reported the
largest number in history, and 2024 is expected to surpass this fact by a large
number. It is an irrefutable fact that the blame for this sad situation can be
placed on all “Republicans,” FOX News, and all other right-wing television
broadcasts, and the fact that most men and women who call themselves “Republicans”
choose to be ignorant. They are unaware of the truth about Washington and the
ugly world of politics.
DOMESTIC TERRORISM IS THE GREATEST THREAT TO THE AMERICAN
PEOPLE
Most hate crimes are never reported on the failed networks
who offer what they call “the nightly news.” However, they cannot hide the
number of mass shootings taking place at every venue, including churches,
schools, malls, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and the workplace. For the
past seven years there have been more mass shootings than days on the calendar.
A “mass shooting” is defined as “a single incident involving firearms in which
four or more people are injured or killed.”
If our government was not corrupt and “on the take” from
billionaires, domestic violence could be reduced almost instantly. However,
doing the right thing in Washington is only a memory. Handguns and assault
rifles were created for a single purpose: to kill other humans. The Second
Amendment does not protect these weapons. If you believe that it protects your “right”
to own these weapons of mass destruction, it should be repealed.
AMERICA: THE LEAST INFORMED PEOPLE IN THE WORLD
The stupidity in America must end. Over the last seven years
there has been a “dumbing down of America.” Most Americans watch television to
learn “all they need to know.” Most are like Trump and never read or search
multiple sources for the truth. Everything Trump says is a creation of his
small, decaying mind.
I say, “grow-up.” It’s every man and woman’s responsibility
to be an informed voter. This is the only weapon we have against tyranny and
oppression.
