Someone Please Put Your Fist in Marjorie Taylor Greene’s Mouth

I abhor violence. I proudly admit to being a pacifist. No display of violence, from wars to a schoolyard fight have ever solved anything in my 77 years.
However, there have been a few times in my life when I would have loved to watch an individual who is a traitor to the American people receive a punch in the mouth for their attacks on everything which makes me proud to be an American. I won’t extrapolate, but if you know me, one is obviously Donald Trump.
These attacks were verbal, and always in the form of lies. Government officials who hide the truth from our nation’s people are the most egregious enemies to the Constitution and our nation’s future.
Professional politicians conveniently forget that the basic principle behind our Founding Father’s creation of the United States was a nation controlled by the will of the people, not their government. Our Democratic Republic demands representation in our nation’s capital. All three branches of our government are required to serve the people, not rule over them. This is far from reality in the 21st century.
WHAT I HAVE LEARNED ABOUT AMERICAN POLITICS OVER 77 YEARS
My interest in American politics began in 1956, when I was 10 years old. However, my distrust in our nation’s government began in 1964.
The results of the Warren Commission in 1964 found no reason to believe that Lee Harvey Oswald was not the only shooter involved in the assassination of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy.
The real evidence related to Oswald’s purchase of an ineffective mail order rifle, combined with his lack of marksmanship experience demanded answers. The fact that Oswald was murdered by Jack Ruby in a building controlled by law enforcement demanded more questions and answers. This was the first time in my life I believed that my government was hiding the truth from the American people. Today, I trust no one in power.
RIGHT WING EXTREMISTS ESCALATED THEIR ATTACKS ON DEMOCRACY IN 1981
During the Reagan Administration right-wing politicians began verbal attacks on liberals. 99 percent of their attacks were baseless, but Reagan demanded complete loyalty from his party, and both the end of honest deliberation and compromise, and the demise of the once Grand Old Party began.
This reality led to the creation of the TEA Party, the Christian Religious Right, and the fascist leaning Freedom Caucus. In support of these extremists was the fake news agency calling itself FOX News, created in 1996. In reality, it remains nothing more than a propaganda machine for what is now the “American Fascist Party.”
IN 2000 I WAS HORRIFIED AS THE SUPREME COURT DECIDED THE OUTCOME OF THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION
Al Gore won the popular vote, the only vote which should have mattered in 2000. However, a recount in Florida, whose Electoral College,was halted by the Supreme Court, and the presidency was handed to George W. Bush, who became our second worst president in history.
However, this was nothing compared to what happened in 2016.
The leaders of our government were informed that Russian President, Vladimir Putin, was interfering in our presidential election in October of 2016. After that meeting in the Oval Office, the men and women who control our nation’s future decided that the voting public had no right to know the truth. The result was a rigged election. Trump became America’s first confirmed illegitimate president.
WHAT HAPPENED OVER THE NEXT FOUR YEARS IS WHY DEMOCRACY IS IN DANGER IN 2024
Between 2017 and 2021, Trump took complete control of the former Republican Party. His policies, approved by the once Grand Old Party, destroyed what was left of the Party of Lincoln and was reformed as the “MAGA Republican Party,” but more accurately, the “American Fascist Party.”
Republican voters, brainwashed by lies from the right-wing, and confirmed by FOX, supported the worst candidates in history, electing men and women whose goal is to destroy our democratic nation. Included are Tommy Tuberville, Matt Gaetz, Lauren Boebert, Paul Gosar, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and many more who continue proving the fact that they hate the America of our Founding Fathers.
The most vocal and outrageous enemy of the American people is Marjorie Taylor Greene. She is so far to the right that even members of her own Freedom Caucus have decided to distance themselves from her hateful speech.
During a recent meeting of the House Oversight Committee, Greene chose to engage in a verbal attack against Texas Democratic Representative Jasmine Crockett, who just happens to be a Black woman. During a heated argument about investigations into Trump’s interference in the results of the 2020 election in Georgia, Greene attacked her constituent with a ludicrous and possibly racist remark.
“I think your fake eyelashes are messing up what you’re reading,” Greene said.
Subsequent remarks from both sides are of no importance. Greene’s eager attendance at Neo-Nazi organizational meetings prove that she is opposed to the principles of the Constitution, and the continuation of democracy in America. For Greene, if you are not pure white, a Christian, and an enemy of the First Amendment, you have no right to live in the United States.
HATE IS A STRONG EMOTION
I hate “hate.” Negative emotions are against everything I believe in. However, there have been a few times in my life when I encountered evil so egregious that my emotions impacted my intellect. Greene is one of these exceptions. She hates the American people, and everything our nation stands for.
Greene and her demagogue, Donald Trump, are two of the worst things to ever happen to our nation and the world.
On this issue, I cannot be kind or impartial. I love my country, and despise anyone who plots its destruction. Reality is sometimes harsh, but doing the right thing is always the only solution
To the voters of Georgia, I say love your country or love Greene’s plan to destroy the country of Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, and Franklin Delano Roosevelt. If you love your country, the choice is clear.
