The United States of America: A Nation Without Laws?
Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart I won’t offer you bullshit: I will only tell the truth which the cowardly mainstream media refuses to do. Trump violated the Espionage act three times.
On January 20, 2021, Trump stole 14 boxes of classified documents as he was being evicted from the White House. There is no dispute about this fact.
When the National Archives realized they were missing, and had been taken from the White House illegally, they demanded the return of all 14 boxes. Although America’s greatest traitor claimed that he returned them all, an inventory of the items received, revealed that only a part of them had been returned. Espionage Act violation number one.
On August 8, 2020, the FBI executed a search warrant for the missing documents inside Trump’s current residence, his Mar-a-Lago resort for millionaires and billionaires only.
Hidden in Trump’s bedroom, bathroom, storage areas accessible to both employees and guests, the FBI discovered multiple boxes of national secrets. Lying to the FBI is a federal crime, and this was another violation of the Espionage Act: number two.
Prior to Trump’s “hush money” trial involving extramarital sex with a porn star, Trump’s own attorneys found additional classified documents in the orange buffoon’s possession. Espionage Act violation number three.
ETHEL AND JULIUS ROSENBERG WERE EXECUTED FOR THEIR VIOLATIONS OF THE ESPIONAGE ACT ON JUNE 19, 1953
Trump is a not only a free man who should be awaiting trial in a federal detention facility, his trial has been postponed by a federal judge he appointed. Never forget that Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were arrested for the same crime and executed. But America had laws in the 1950’s.
Although Trump was impeached twice for cause, one of which involved treason, Moscow Mitch Mconnell failed to conduct a fair trial in the Senate on either occasion, informing Trump that “he was above the law.”
Trump’s favorite and unqualified federal judge, Aileen Cannon delayed the proceedings, and recently made the most ignorant comment ever offered by a member of our justice system. She claims that the issues of the case are “too difficult for a jury to comprehend.”
What the f**k! Nothing could be clearer. Trump stole many documents, lied about having them twice, and definitely violated the Espionage Act. He’s guilty, and there is no way I would ever be convinced otherwise.
WHERE IS THE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE AND WHY ARE THEY IGNORING CANNON’S MISCONDUCT?
Trump has committed crimes against the American people throughout his nearly 78 years. With age, his crimes became far more serious.
He violated the Constitution on a daily basis pretending to be your president, and was impeached for two of the most egregious violations of the Law of the Land.
With a mental illness which prevented him from admitting defeat in 2020, he resorted to a clear act of treason to remain in power.
He is undoubtedly guilty of documents theft in violation of the Espionage Act, and multiple other felonies were committed along the way.
And yet he remains a free man and allowed to campaign for the presidency thanks to a biased and corrupt Supreme Court. What a f**ked up country: a country without laws.
THE TRUTH IS THAT OUR GOVERNMENT FAILED TO PERFORM THE DUTIES FOR WHICH THEY WERE ELECTED
In July of 2016, there were no federal or election laws requiring the Republican Party to give the presidential nomination to Trump. They could have done the right thing for our country, but the future of our nation was not on their list of priorities. Prior to the convention, more than one-half of all Republican Party leaders denounced Trump and were members of the “anybody but Trump club.” These same men and women, including Moscow Mitch McConnell, continue to bow to his fascist plans for our nation’s future, proving they are not patriots whose only purpose is to serve the American people, and instead offer their fealty to the man who would be the first American Fuhrer.
The truth is the truth. Regardless of how many lies are told by his party and FOX News, Trump is the worst thing to happen to our nation in 247 years.
