Trump Does not Fear Prison; He Knows He’s Above the Law, So Hurt Him Where It Matters; his Wallet

Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart

Trump has been indicted by federal, and state governments. He has defrauded the IRS, and several large banks. This brings me to the reason for writing this article.

MOSCOW MITCH MCCONNELL MUST ACCEPT ALL THE BLAME

Trump would never have attempted a coup on January 6 if he believed he would eventually go to prison. However, after Moscow Mitch refused to conduct two fair and unbiased trials in the Senate, after Trump was impeached twice for cause, your former illegitimate president truly believes that he stands above the law, and will never be punished for his crimes. This may very well be the truth. Remember; our entire justice system is skewed towards the rich and powerful.

TRUMP LOST ONE CIVIL SUIT AND FACES A FEDERAL INDICTMENT FROM THE IRS

Trump lost a defamation suit to Ms. E. Jean Carroll and was ordered to pay 83 million dollars after the jury found him guilty. Ms. Carroll had previously won a civil case in which Trump was charged with sexual assault. He was ordered to pay five million dollars.

Trump committed fraud against multiple banks, including one of the largest in the world; Deutsche Bank. It is possible that they could file civil suits against the lifetime criminal.

Meanwhile, the IRS is preparing a fine of 100 million dollars against the pretend billionaire for tax fraud.

In 2008, Trump claimed losses on his Chicago Trump Tower, in the amount of 651 million dollars.

In 2010, Trump entered into a new partnership which included the Chicago Trump Tower, but retained control of both partnerships. The charge of tax evasion stems from the fact that he declared additional loss of 168 million dollars from diminished hotel revenue over the next decade. He doubled down on his deductions.

NONE OF THESE TACTICS ARE NEW TO ME

While writing for a Las Vegas based newspaper in 2013, I reported Trump’s efforts to “cook the books.” His manipulation of the facts were his standard operating procedure.

He constantly defrauded banks and the IRS to secure loans, and to avoid paying taxes. His tactic was to overstate the value of his properties, all with outstanding loan balances, when seeking additional loans, and to drastically reduce their value during tax season.

The truth is, Trump is just another white-collar criminal who finally got caught. There is little difference from Trump and Bernie Madoff.

ABRAHAM LINCOLN SAID IT BEST: YOU CAN FOOL ALL THE PEOPLE SOME OF THE TIME, AND SOME OF THE PEOPLE ALL THE TIME, BUT YOU CANNOT FOOL ALL THE PEOPLE ALL THE TIME.

Trump only thinks he is smart. In reality he is a spoiled juvenile without a fully developed brain. His West Wing temper tantrums are legendary. The fact that he is incapable of speaking intelligibly proves that his thought process is incomplete.

Any investigative journalist or law enforcement officer will admit that if criminals weren’t stupid, most would never be caught. However, Trump’s disease, known as malignant narcissism, prevents him from thinking analytically or even logically. And now he is facing time in prison.

MONEY AND RELEVANCE ARE MOST IMPORTANT TO TRUMP

Trump is afraid of the truth. He is more frightened about the possibility of being discovered as a fraud than imprisonment. Trump has never been a legitimate billionaire: all of his properties are “mortgaged to the hilt.” No book has ever been a greater fraud than The Art of the Deal. He is well known for bribing officials involved in construction and development.

Any individual who is forced into selling Bibles or cartoons of himself to pay his legal expenses is a fraud who is making fools of those who purchase such moronic items.

The ultimate con man will soon be revealed: maybe jailed, and maybe broke.
