Calling Out the Six Members of the Supreme Court Owned by Special Interests and Fascist Politicians

Yesterday, June 14, 2024, irrefutable proof was offered to the American people that six members of the Supreme Court are completely unqualified to serve on the highest court in the land. They are idiots who lack sufficient intelligence and common sense to make any decisions affecting the American people. Remember their names: John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett.

THE MASSACRE IN SIN CITY

On October 1, 2017, one man checked into a hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. He had several pieces of luggage, and asked for a room facing the area where a concert was about to begin.  

In his bags were 12 assault rifles, thousands of rounds of ammunition, and several attachments known as “bump stocks.” The latter converts semi-automatic weapons into automatic killing machines.

While hundreds of men and women were enjoying the music, this lone gunman opened fire. When the massacre ended, 58 innocent people were dead, and more than 400 were injured.

Months later no action was taken to do the right thing and ban ownership of assault rifles by ordinary citizens: in other words, “the usual.” However, when the NRA offered its approval, the bump stocks were banned. Until yesterday.

DOMESTIC TERRORISM IS THE GREATEST DANGER TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE

Several years ago, the FBI stated that domestic terrorism is the greatest danger to the lives of all Americans in the 21^st century. This has proven to be fact. Over the last seven years there have been a greater number of mass shootings in America than days on the calendar.

Obviously, this fact was rejected by six right-wing extremist justices on the Court Friday.

Since 2020, this corrupt Supreme Court has been making its own laws, and failing to perform its primary function. By overturning the ban on bump stocks, it is theoretically possible that the number of lives lost in America each year will rise.

My brother and I are seldom in agreement about politics, and rarely engage in related conversations. However, after the Court’s moronic decision on Friday, we talked about the ignorance of our government, and both political parties. We agree that no one should be allowed to own and possess assault rifles. These weapons have only one purpose: to kill large numbers of humans in a very short period of time.

We also agree that nothing in the Second Amendment prevents banning these weapons of mass destruction.

THE DISSENTING OPINION, OR MAY IT SHOULD BE CALLED “COMMON SENSE”

[Justice Sonia Sotomayor in a fiery dissent harshly denounced a Supreme Court ruling Friday that rejected a ban on bump stocks, saying it “eviscerates” the congressional regulation of machine guns.

“Today, the Court puts bump stocks back in civilian hands,” Sotomayor wrote in a dissent joined by fellow liberal Justices Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson. “To do so, it casts aside Congress’s definition of ‘machinegun’ and seizes upon one that is inconsistent with the ordinary meaning of the statutory text and unsupported by context or purpose”]

Justice Clarence Thomas offered an explanation for his decision to remove the ban. It made no sense, and based on the carnage created by the use of a bump stock in Las Vegas, there is no other way to put it: he’s full of s**t.

AMERICA DOES NOT NEED THIS SUPREME COURT

The Supreme Court’s only job is to protect the Constitution. They are not allowed to rewrite laws.

By repealing Roe v Wade on June 24, 2022, they revoked a decision made by a legitimate Court 49 years in the past. This is not their job. They are in no way more qualified than the men sitting on the bench in 1973. This was an intentional crime committed against every woman in America. This corrupted Court removed a basic human right: to care for one’s own mental and physical health.

Abortion would not be an issue in America if right-wing politicians refused to allow the influence of religion in our politics. These men and women violate the First Amendment every day.

The First Amendment protects me from having any religion interfere in my life. I have the right to reject organized religion, just like Christians have a right to practice a religion based on fairy tales and in many cases pagan gods.

GIVING SUPREME COURT JUSTICES A LIFETIME APPOINTMENT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE

Thanks to two confirmed traitors to our country, Donald Trump, and Moscow Mitch McConnell, three of the nine justices on today’s Court could be harming our nation for the next 40+ years.
