Mark Zuckerberg: Enemy of the People

I abhor all forms of social media. They have become outlets for conspiracy theorists, and an unrestricted platform for extremists who would destroy democracy. Truth is rare and lies are common.

The worst of the worst has been Facebook/Meta, closely followed by Twitter/”X.” Mark Zuckerberg, the founder and CEO of Facebook, has become one of Trump’s tools. Recently he donated one-million dollars to Trump’s inauguration, and fired all of his fact checkers.

“On Friday, Meta announced that it will be ending its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs, effective immediately. This is the second drastic change the company has announced ahead of President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration.”

Zuckerberg is now one of our nation’s biggest enemies, moving farther to the extreme right in support of a fascist regime.

Personally, my hatred for lies and liars is extreme. My principles forced me to make two decisions on November 9, 2016, the day after Trump received a victory from the Electoral College with the assistance of Vladimir Putin, James Comey, and the mainstream media. Add to these undeniable factors our nation’s bias against women and our country was forced to suffer under the most angry and hate-filled man in America for four long years. Trump’s goal was to destroy my America and hand what remains over to his idol and mentor, Vladimir Putin. On that day I renounced all social media, and refused to watch all television “news.” In my words, I refused to be lied to.

Zuckerberg is another useless billionaire who has accomplished nothing other than making money. He has not contributed one positive thing for our nation’s people. Zuckerberg is the poster boy representing why I despise billionaires.

Trump is enemy number one on my list, and supporting Trump adds your name to that list. I see no need to possess such vast amounts of money. I am not jealous, I actually pity the super-rich. They have lost all perspective. They are unable to receive great joy from the smallest of things like sharing times with family and friends, or simply rising early enough to see at least one glorious sunrise in each season. For billionaires wealth allows them to believe that they are more important than others, are more intelligent than others, and material possessions are of greater importance than seeking spirituality and the joy of reading a good book. They will never know how to enjoy being alone in a quiet space after turning off our phones and eliminating all outside distractions.

I reject feelings of hatred. Instead, I allow myself to feel pity for men and women who are mesmerized and even brainwashed by evil ambitions such as the possession of great wealth and great power. These vices are nothing but the waste of a life which could have accomplished so much more.
