Elon Musk has Gone Too Far and Should Go to Prison: But He Will Not

Before I get into the nuts and bolts of this story, I want you to consider three questions as you read it.

One: Does Elon Musk have the highest security clearance available?

Two: Did he violate the Espionage Act by hacking into the national treasury’s computers?

Three: Did Musk use the same hackers to rig the 2024 election for Donald Trump?

The arrogant billionaire is not an elected official, or a nominated member of Trump’s White House staff. He is a rebel activist who heads an agency which is not official and has no place in our government. Musk is an interloper. Trump has given Musk many of his powers, confirming the undeniable fact that his old brain is in steep decline. It is obvious that Musk speaks for Trump.

“Department of Government Efficiency” is a made-up name for a non-existent government agency. Its very name is proof that our government wastes most of its time on frivolous matters, or serving the demands of its oligarchs.

Musk believes that he is your president. He is taking actions which violate rules, regulations, and the Constitution.

In other words, the criminal billionaire has hacked into information which is only available for those who need to know. Why is the “co-president” invading our people’s privacy?

Hacking into a government computer is a crime. It may be considered a violation of the Espionage Act. Musk does not possess a level of security which allows him to access information belonging to private citizens.

At least one of our nation’s most qualified and respected tech companies claims that it is highly probable that the Trump campaign hired the best hackers in the world to access voting machines in swing states to help Trump win the 2024 election. Could this be true, and are these the same hackers who gained access to Social Security and Medicare information?

Although it may be true, Musk and Trump will not be punished, nor will the election be overturned. The rich and powerful are above the law and are never, ever punished for their crimes. Once again our government will hide the truth from the American people.

Welcome to Trump’s “America.” It sure as hell is not mine.
