Today, February 1, 2025, Trump Gave Two Middle Fingers to Everyone Who Voted for Him in November

Exit polls on November 5, 2024, offered information that the primary reason Trump apparently won the election was based on a promise to end inflation. Another BIG lie.

On this day, February 1, 2025, inflation, or more accurately “Greedflation,” continues to be a problem for most Americans. In a move which is guaranteed to add additional cost to the purchase of necessities and the pain which will accompany the stress of finding money to pay for food, Trump literally raised both middle fingers to the men and women who voted for him. Today, he placed a 25 percent tariff on imports from Canada, Mexico, and China. This will add an increase of 25-50 percent to our grocery and gas bills, just to name two serious problems we will all struggle with..

Have no illusion about what Trump is doing this evening: he is laughing at everyone who voted for him. Once again, he lied and used his talents as a lifetime con man to make fools out of millions of Americans.

Trump never intended to make any attempt to end inflation. What is actually Greedflation was intentional. His loyal billionaires simply wanted to make more money. Billions of dollrs are not enough for 756 greedy oligarchs. They are his priority: not you and not the future of our nation.

Capitalism has left the building. In its place Trump and his right-wing, fascist party created an Oligarchy: rule by the super-rich. Every man and woman calling themselves “Republican” sold themselves, their principles, their dignity, and their vote nine years ago.

Here’s what should scare the shit out of you. A plutocracy cannot exist for long in a democratic society. Project 2025, Trump’s guideline for America’s future, is without a doubt a manifesto for creating a fascist regime.

Trump has created a huge illusion about his 78 years of life in America. Everything he brags about is a lie. He is an abject failure; and an incompetent and ignorant man whose purposes in life are validation, relevance, praise, power, and great wealth. The American people be damned.

Lastly, and of greatest importance, is the fact that Trump has never accomplished one thing in his life thru his own efforts. His failures include bankrupting multiple businesses, failing at two marriages and the third appears to be in jeopardy. He proved to be the worst president in history between 2017 and 2021. His election in 2016 was illegitimate: the facts were hidden by our corrupt government. He was crushed in 2020, and his alleged victory in 2024 remains controversial. At least one major tech company claims that Russian hackers, the best in the world, hacked into the voting machines in seven swing states.

This is where my beloved country stands today: on the precipice of extinction.
