What Should I Call Men and Women who Claim to be Christians but Ignore the Teachings of Jesus Christ?

Claiming to be a Christian does not make you a Christian anymore than a saying, “I am not a racist because I have a Black friend.” I have learned a lot about people as I research information for my articles. I learned that most men and women who call themselves Christians are in fact liars and hypocrites. Included on this list are 99 percent of all politicians, and most definitely Donald Trump.

When I was raised as a Catholic, we were taught that a large percentage of those who claim to be Catholics are what we called “Christmas and Easter Catholics.” They never crossed the threshold of their churches with the exception of those two holidays. So what should I call fake Christians in general?

Trump has proven beyond a doubt that he is a godless dictator. His political style is a one-way street: “do whatever I demand or you will be a target, upon which I will take revenge.” “Fuck you” is what everyone should say to the immature and cowardly bully, but courage is lacking in Washington in the 21st century. The predecessors of every man and woman in Washington today must be ashamed of the useless men and women pretending to serve you and me today.

There is only one word which describes America today: hypocrisy. Everyone has an opinion and something to say on social media, but no one is willing to do the right thing. Real Christians would never intentionally cause pain or mental stress to another person. A real Christian would never seek vengeance on another. Fake Christians like Trump place material gain and sexual pleasure ahead of the rights of their fellow human beings. Fake Christians never ask themselves, “what would Jesus do,” because they know nothing about the teachings of Jesus, or they reject His lessons for all mankind.

America is not a country founded on a single religion. The truth is, our Founding Fathers wrote the First Amendment with the intention of guaranteeing all citizens freedom from religion. No man or woman should be forced to belong to any organized religion, and no man or woman can be prevented from practicing the faith of their own choosing.

I was raised to understand that religion is a personal choice and that’s the way it should be. I admit that it is interesting that the fastest growing “religion” in America is ‘none of the above.’

I am not an advocate for any single cause, although I support many. When people are in need, especially when that need is critical, I find myself deeply involved. Currently, I am focused on one thing and one thing only: the end of Donald Trump, his party, and the influence of his oligarch’s reign over our nation’s future.

Trump’s purpose has been the success of Putin’s plan which began in the 1980’s. Putin has been our nation’s greatest enemy for nearly five decades. His primary goal has been the destruction of NATO, and the eventual destruction of the United States of America. Putin is aware that a violent confrontation between Russia and America is futile. However, the destruction of America from within was a real possibility. All that was needed was a powerful Russian agent inside the government of the United States. Trump has been that agent since his first visit to Moscow in 1987.

For Trump, religion is just another tool. Nothing is real about Trump. He will morph into anything which offers him power, relevance, and wealth.

All Americans have a choice: support and protect the nation created by our Founding Fathers, or surrender to Trump and his mentor, Vladimir Putin.

I choose freedom and support the Constitution. Where do you stand?
