America’s ‘Injustice System’ is Designed to Protect the Rich and Powerful

If you are a low-income or poor America who will soon appear in a court of law, you will find justice is swift and brutal. However, if you are rich, and/or powerful and face similar charges, your case may not come to trial for years, and the outcome is likely predestined.

The Sixth Amendment in the United States Constitution guarantees the right to a speedy trial in all criminal prosecutions. This sounds good, but the truth is this amendment offers the rich and powerful more ways to escape a fair trial and to never be punished for their crimes.

The best lawyers in America are also the most expensive. Our nation’s justice system is similar to the Income Tax Code. The Tax Code is composed of 6,871 pages. With the exception of about 200 pages the remainder offers ways for the wealthy to avoid paying their fair share of taxes. Our justice system allows the rich and powerful to manipulate the law. Not a single one of these privileged Americans has ever been fairly punished for his or her crimes.

If the Sixth Amendment was applied fairly, the prosecution should have the same rights as the defendant. A fair and speedy trial would even the scales for both sides in a court of law.

America’s economic system has devolved from capitalism to a plutocracy. In 1981 the Republican Party moved away from being the party of small business, protecting the rights of the individual, and smaller government and revealed its support for special interests, controlled by the super-rich.

Trump’s administration is controlled by Musk and the 812 other men and women we call billionaires, but are in fact oligarchs. Our government has become a carbon copy of what exists in Russia. Vladimir Putin and his oligarchs have complete control of their nation. Dissent and opposition are not allowed, and to do so is often punished by death in the form of murder, ordered by Putin. This is the next step in America’s plutocracy.

Trump is an ugly, obese, old man, inside and out. His little brain is filled with anger, hatred, and a desire to inflict vengeance upon his perceived enemies. He is not a normal man. It is apparent that he has been afflicted with a disease known as malignant narcissism since he was a teenager.

Sadly, for him, Trump has no sense of humor, an inability to self-deprecate, or have compassion for others. He is incapable of loving anyone other than himself. I almost feel sorry for him. He is just three weeks older than me, and although my life has often taken unpleasant twists and turns, I feel lucky to have experienced every positive emotion offered to a human being.

This does not give the despicable old man the right to intentionally cause pain and suffering to other men and women. The proof is there for everyone to see: Donald John Trump is the worst thing to happen to our nation in its nearly 249 years.

Although the mainstream media will not report the truth, Trump is intentionally destroying everything which made the United States a respected and even revered country.

The truth is, I am very unhappy. The country I loved and cherished no longer exists. The people who control my future and yours are horrible men and women whose personal ambitions are more important than the lives of 340 million people.

America has gone from first to worst in the view of people from all walks of life and from every developed nation in the world.

Our government is the most corrupt and incompetent on the planet. Neither Democrats nor those who call themselves “Republicans” can be trusted. I have no use for anyone who loses my respect.
