The Three Stooges Without the Laughter

 

The only way I can accurately describe the three people who are leading our nation backwards today is by using names which are more accurate than Elon Musk, Donald Trump, and J.D. Vance. The Three Stooges made me laugh when I was a child. Their style of “slapstick comedy” was silly, outrageous, and very humorous.

In the White House today, we have a new Larry, Moe, and Curly Joe. They are not funny, but they are morons.

So, which of the original characters would I attach to the orange buffoon, his co-president, and the worst vice-presidential candidate since Dan Quayle? That question is very fair and the answer is obvious; at least to me.

Trump is clearly Larry. He wants to be smart and do smart things, but he is several bricks short of a load. He defers to anyone who praises him; praise which does not deserve.

Musk is most definitely Mo. He wants to be in charge, and probably is, but it’s hard to tell. The level of chaos is so ludicrous, it appears that America has no leader. He is a moron with grandiose dreams.

This leaves J.D. Vance as Curly Jo. He is obviously brainless, but desperately wants to be relevant and liked by everyone else. He is the ultimate ‘flip-flopper.’

The one thing the new Stooges share with the old is erratic behavior because they have no idea about what they are doing with the current exception of bowing to our nation’s 813 oligarchs. The original Stooges also worshipped men with lots of money, and they were laughed at for good reason.

I told you many times that in 2025 ‘the inmates are running the asylum.’ Prove me wrong. Give me the name of one man or woman who is qualified for his or her position in the Trump administration.

Republican presidents continue to embarrass themselves. Instead of surrounding themselves with the best men and women available, they appoint individuals who donated large amounts of money to their campaigns, or who sacrificed their dignity and principles for positions of power and influence.

Trump’s cabinet is a perfect example of incompetence and failure. They have no value as human beings without talent, experience, or abilities. They are lazy men and women without a single accomplishment of value to our nation, and hypocrites who will surrender what little principles and morals they had for positions of influence and relevance.

Since the end of WWII, America has become a bad play where the audience is unable to find empathy or compassion for its principal players. Like a bad play, its run will be short and the end will be a tragedy, not a victory for valor and courage.

I will not be alive to see the worst which is about to become reality. I care about what will happen to my children and grandchildren, but the majority of our nation’s people have made a choice: the dreams of our Founding Fathers were futile. Fascism has defeated democracy. Humans are too weak to make good choices for their future. They deserve what happens to them. Their refusal to be informed citizens will undoubtedly result in a version of slavery and obsession for power and greater wealth..
