A Corrupted Supreme Court and an Even More Corrupt Department of Justice Remaking America Into a Nation Without Laws

If you are an informed citizen, what I am about to tell you is not a surprise. However, if you are a member of the majority, you will surely be shocked. The Justice system of the United States of America is broken beyond repair.

This is not “news” based on the fact that the current system became politicized during the Reagan administration. His support of the super-rich, and disdain for the working class created two entirely different systems in America. If you are poor, or struggle to survive in the low-income bracket of our nation, if you commit any crime, you will surely be punished to the fullest extent of the law. However, if you are rich and/or powerful, and especially if you are member of the federal government, you will receive a slap on your wrists or receive no punishment at all.

Between 2017 and 2024 this situation became permanent and irreparable.

Breaking his own rule, a rule which was in itself unconstitutional, Senate Majority Leader, Moscow Mitch McConnell ignored the rules and stacked the Supreme Court with three extremist justices who are woefully unfit to have their seats on the Court. Their single qualification? A promise to overturn a woman’s right to make decisions about her own mental and physical health known as Roe v Wade. The 49-year-old decision was overturned in June of 2024 by a vote of 6-3.

Currently, your illegitimate president is once again exceeding his powers and politicizing the DOJ. It was obvious this was his plan from day one when he nominated Pam Bondi as our nation’s Attorney General. Bondi and Trump share a mutual bond: a criminal past.

As the Attorney General of the state of Florida, she accepted a bribe, a large donation to her reelection campaign, in exchange for dropping the state’s anticipated charges against Trump for fraud, related to his bogus “Trump University.” Then he appointed Kash Patel as the head of the FBI. Little was left for him to do now that he had two of his most loyal ass kissers in positions of enormous power.

There is no single word which describes the chaos and corruption in the DOJ today. I had accused former Attorney General, Merrick Garland, of cowardice and weakness during President Biden’s administration. Trump’s DOJ under the control of Bondi and Patel is 180 degrees in opposition to what the agencies accomplished during the Biden administration. This is CORRUPTION in capital letters. Justice is non-existent in 2025.

If our Founding Fathers were alive today, they would admit that they made mistakes between 1787 and 1789 at the Constitutional Convention. After the conclusion of this historic and world-changing event, letters written by Jefferson, Madison, Adams, and others confirmed their hopes that their successors would continue their efforts and improve upon their work.

Their biggest mistakes were the Second Amendment as written, the Electoral College, and failing to establish term limits for all three branches of government. Giving lifetime appointments to Supreme Court Justices was likely a fatal mistake.

Today’s Court refuses to uphold the intent of the Constitution. Six of the nine members are corrupt and biased towards white extremism, as proven by their actions favoring fascism over democracy.

What can you and I do to save our nation’s future? Sadly, the answer is, “nothing.”

The American people had their opportunity to save the dream of our Founding Fathers in 2016 and 2024, but failed to become informed citizens and voted for the worst man in the world: the leader of our nation’s Neo Nazi movement.

More upsetting is the fact that no one in Washington has the courage to do what is necessary to end Trump’s reign of terror.

All hope may be lost, forever.
