I.C.E.: Incompetent Criminal Enterprise

In March of 2003, George W. Bush and his ignorant and over-reactive administration decided that instead of properly funding our nation’s existing Border Control, they would create a new agency, costing millions of dollars a year for political reasons. They named it “Immigration and Customs Enforcement.” However I.C.E. has become Trump’s personal gestapo, and its proper name is more apropos. It is another Republican failure I call it an “Incompetent Criminal Enterprise.”

“We will only be deporting illegal immigrants focusing on criminals, drug dealers, and gang members.” Another lie and broken promise from Trump. Over the last four months, I.C.E. has been arresting and placing American citizens, men and women who have legal residence in America, and anyone who is not pure white in detention centers awaiting deportation to God knows where.

The truth is, the right wing’s move towards extremism and finally fascism did not begin with Trump and his handler, Vladimir Putin. It began in 1981 immediately after Reagan’s inauguration. He exposed the real Ronald Reagan who was racist, bigoted, loved the super-rich, hated unions and the entire working class, rejected women’s rights, and was the first to forbid free thought and dissention within his party.

Trump simply “finished the job,” and with a second illegitimate presidency, he is revealing his love of Neo-Nazis and hatred for a democratic society.

His Project 2025 has confirmed all allegations by real Americans that this 922-page document is without a doubt the right-wing’s fascist manifesto.

His personal gestapo, armed with illegal powers, anger, hatred, and a love of violence, are demonstrative of what happened in 1930’s Germany. “Show me your papers.” They are separating families, and deporting individuals without an iota of proof that they have no right to be in America.

Soon, most of you will be clicking your heels together, raising your right arms, and shouting “Heil Trump.” But not me.

Bessent is not quite a billionaire, yet, but he is a perfect example of how ignorant Trump’s administration is. Scott Bessent is Trump’s unqualified Treasury Secretary. He is not one of the billionaires on Trump’s cabinet, but he is worth 521 million dollars. This one fact prevents the old, white man from understanding what it is to be a real American in the 21 st century.
