A Corrupt Supreme Court Strikes Again

The Supreme Court of the United States is clearly fascist and anti-American.
When our Founding Fathers created this nation and signed the Constitution in 1789, a unique form of government had been created. They were aware that it was fragile and even vulnerable. If it was to succeed, it must be in the control of men and women who would have a moral standard beyond reproach, lofty principles which would never be surrendered under any circumstances, and progressive ideals which would result in the growth of the new nation and its service to all Americans. However, they made a huge mistake which is endangering the future of their dream.
It is no longer a secret. The great men and their monumental ambition, the creation of a nation ruled by the people for the people, overestimated mankind.
All men have weakness. Most men lack the courage to place their responsibility to always do the right thing for the men and women they serve as priority number one. Avarice, greed and the need for power over others, is stronger than the Siren’s Song.
The men and women who waste their time in Washington today are not loyal to the ideals of our founding fathers. Their personal ambitions are of greater importance than the quality of life for all Americans. They offer their loyalty to those who will guarantee the success of their despicable ambitions.
I am writing this to reveal one fact to all Americans. When our Founding Fathers created three separate but equal branches of our government, they made one egregious mistake when creating the judicial branch.
Although their intent was to give greater power to the legislative branch, preventing any man from becoming a king, or any other form of despot, their decisions, based on lofty principles related to the judicial branch, have become the fatal blow which will end the United States of America once and for all.
Their only reason for giving lifetime appointments to the justices of the Supreme Court was to prevent politicization. Without the need for reelection, they would serve their purpose and protect the intent of the Constitution. That failed miserably.
Once again, their naiveite related to mankind’s weaknesses created the greatest problem facing the American people in America’s nearly 249 years.
The primary goal during the Constitutional Convention was preventing authoritarian rule. However, the origin of Dictator Donald Trump began with the worst Senator in American history: a man who failed to accomplish anything for the people of Kentucky or the people of America for more than four decades, Moscow Mitch McConnell.
As the 2016 election year began, a clearly biased Antonin Scalia suddenly lost his mortal life. In February, President Obama followed the rules contained in the Constitution and nominated Judge Merrick Garland to fill the empty seat resulting from Scalia’s demise.
Moscow Mitch McConnell violated the intent of the Constitution and refused to hold confirmation hearings for the moderate candidate. He created a rule he chose to violate in 2020, preventing the confirmation of a Supreme Court justice during an election year.
After Trump became your illegitimate president in 2017, extremist Neil Gorsuch was nominated to complete the nine members of the Court.
In 2018, Justice Anthony Kennedy announced his retirement. Moscow Mitch and Kennedy conspired to instruct Trump to nominate Brett Kavanaugh. Although his hearings were similar to those of Clarence Thomas in 1991, the “good old boys” in the Senate confirmed the accused sexual predator. Now for the icing on the cake for the traitor, Moscow Mitch McConnell.
2020 was another election year. Legendary Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg lost her fight for life on September 18. Breaking his own rule, Moscow Mitch nominated and confirmed Amy Coney Barrett just three weeks before the general election. The Court was now completely politicized by six right-wing extremist justices.
On June 24, 2022, these six fascist-leaning justices revealed their real purpose and repealed a 49-year-old decision by a legitimate Court which protected the rights of all women to make decisions about her personal physical and mental health. Roe v Wade was nullified.
In 2024, these same six traitors to the intent of our Founding Fathers removed the probability of Trump being charged with additional felonies, including treason and violating the Espionage Act, giving him absolute immunity and therefore the same powers granted to a king or other despots.
These fascist actions continue today in support of their Fuhrer.
