Trump Gave his Gestapo Your “Papers”

If you believe Trump’s claim that illegally detaining and
deporting tens-of-thousands of innocent men, women, and children, whose only
crime is seeking a better life in the once great and respected United States of
America, has anything to do with immigration reform, you must have received a
total lobotomy.
His actions are comparable to villains in Africa and Asia
who are engaged in the illegal and immoral process of “ethnic cleansing.”
No longer can anyone pretend that Trump is an American: he
is a Nazi hiding behind his office and the American flag. The Trump Klan has
never displayed any concern for others. They serve themselves, and ignore the
needs and wishes of 340 million people, while supporting their 813 oligarchs.
Trump’s latest crime is a clear and criminal violation of
the 4th Amendment.
[The right of the people to be secure in their persons,
houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall
not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause,
supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be
searched, and the persons or things to be seized.]
Nowhere in this Amendment does it state that only “citizens”
have rights. Many of the men and women illegally detained by Trump’s thugs are
in our country legally, and none of them have criminal records in our country.
The truth is, if you are not pure white, you could be illegally arrested today
and eventually be deported to other nations where human rights do not exist.
Trump has released the Medicaid records of every man, woman,
and child residing in America who is not currently a citizen. He handed them
over to ICE with an evil smile on his face.
However, Trump has the law on his side. Somewhat.
The Patriot Act is a hasty, and unconstitutional law passed
just 45 days after the cowardly attacks on 9/11. Republicans and Democrats
agreed to pass a law which directly and undeniably violates the First, Fourth,
and Fourteenth Amendments. A mere mention of the word ‘Terrorism’ allows any
member of law enforcement to detain, illegally search and detain any citizen or
non-citizen without due process.
This is where a legitimate and patriotic Supreme Court would
have taken action and voided an act of pure fascism. However, today its title
is accurately “The Corrupted Court of Donald Trump.”
Trump is a disaster, and it’s time for ‘disaster relief,’
regardless of what that involves.
