Fascists Have Come and They Are Waving the Flag While Burning the Constitution

Due process. The Fifth Amendment guarantees certain rights
to everyone in the United States, regardless of citizenship.
[No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or
otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand
Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia,
when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be
subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor
shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be
deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall
private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.]
Trump has ordered his personal Gestapo, ICE, to detain
thousands of men, women, and children without due process. None have been
charged with a crime. All are being tortured and deprived of their rights. Your
Dictator-in-Chief should be facing impeachment for violating the Constitutional
rights of others.
Trump’s Gulags are unlawful, reminiscent of the illegal acts
committed at the unconstitutional and immoral concentration camp in Guantanamo
Bay. George W. Bush and Dick Cheney created America’s very first concentration
camp in January 2002.
The misnamed “Patriot Act” removed the First and Fourth
Amendments from the Bill of Rights, and the 14th from the
Constitution forever.
Republican politicians are the most hypocritical group of
pretenders in world history. They cry about liberals, like me, because we support
the addition and expansion of necessary social programs, funded by our tax
dollars. We are opposed to the escalation of the Pentagon’s annual budget, and
any and all tax breaks for our nation’s wealthiest citizens. They are not very
smart. They label everything which benefits our people “socialism,” including Social
Security, Medicare, Unemployment Compensation, but fail to include tax breaks
for the super-rich and America’s largest corporations.
The fact that they consider Social Security a socialist
program proves that they know nothing about America’s laws. Until our corrupt
government bastardized Social Security, adding other programs to the only
perfect law ever passed by congress, and embezzling money from America’s working
class and their employers, Social Security was funded entirely from
contributions made by employees and their employers.
What fake Republicans do not complain about are actions of
pure fascism by their party’s leaders.
The Patriot Act is pure fascism. The creation of ICE was an
effort to protect fascism. The Citizens United decision is fascist. Preventing
women from making decisions about their own mental and physical health is
fascist. Trump is violating the Constitution every day with executive orders
intentionally designed to remove freedoms and rights guaranteed by the Bill of
Rights.
Trump claims that his actions involving alleged undocumented
men and women is “immigration reform.” If you believe this is true, you are too
dumb to be allowed to vote. Trump’s actions are nothing less than ethnic
cleansing. He is fulfilling the promise on his silly red caps, “Make America
White Again.”
Every year during the annual ‘bitch fest’ called CPAC, fake
Republicans wave two items when on stage, guns and the flag. Next year, they
will be shouting “Heil Trump.”
