“For Reasons of National Security”

Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart

For my readers, I offer the absolute, undeniable, irrefutable truth: Every time a representative from the Pentagon or a professional politician avoids a direct answer to a question from a member of the legitimate press, and uses these words: “for reasons of national security,” he or she is covering up corruption or hiding something which would encourage the American people to lose trust in our military and/or the federal government.

On this day, August 10, 2025, the complete truth about President Kennedy’s assassination, the events and failures which led up to the cowardly attacks on September 11, 2001, and the results of the 2016 and 2024 presidential elections remain a secret, hidden from anyone who is not a member of the worst and most incompetent government in the world.

Younger Americans may choose ignorance over fact, hoping that our nation’s leaders are loyal Americans who care about the future of the United States of America. I am 79 years old, and I can tell you that no one in Washington either cares about you, or at the very least lacks the courage to stand up and speak truth to power.

As horrible as our nation’s mainstream media has become, over the last 44 years a huge number of stories have been written about the changes in our government: how the super-rich have gained control over everything which happens in our nation’s capital, and how foreign intervention plays a big part in our elections. The truth is that our elected officials and six members of the Supreme Court are desperate to hide the fact that their incompetence is now the greatest danger to our nation’s future.

Long before the 2016 election all three branches of government knew that Putin was spending millions of dollars attempting to alter the results of our presidential election and guarantee a victory for Trump. The Russian President was intent on securing a victory for his puppet, Donald John Trump.

Nothing is a greater threat to criminals, traitors, and ambitious politicians than the truth. Hiding the truth has become a full-time job in Washington since 2015.

I wrote this article for one reason: trust no one in power or any man or woman who possesses great wealth, which is a form of great power.
