King/Dictator/Fuhrer Donald Trump Continues his Unconstitutional Abuse of Power

“Impeach him, impeach him.” “Lock him up, lock him up.” These chants should be happening across America, including within the darkest red states in America. Trump continues to violate the Constitution with every breath he takes, none more despicable and egregious than his abuse of limited presidential powers.

When the Supreme Court of the United States was corrupted with biased, extremist right-wing supporters in 2020, the intentions of our Founding Fathers were ignored by six members of what will be remembered as the least qualified and most corrupted Supreme Court in American history.

Our Founding Fathers’ two primary goals during the Constitutional Convention between 1787 and 1789 were preventing the establishment of a single religion in America, and ensuring that this new country would never be ruled by a king or another form of autocrat. The current Supreme Court took powers away from the legislative branch, and illegally gave them to “King/Dictator/Fuhrer Donald John Trump.”

Trump is making another serious mistake. Iowa may not be located in the Deep South, but it is one of the darkest red states in America.

Iowa’s senior Senator is Chuck Grassley. On September 17, Grassley will be 92 years old. He became a United States Senator in 1981.

Those of you who know me are aware that I believe Grassley should have been forced to retire about 40 years ago. I believe that term limits for all three branches of our government are absolutely mandatory if our nation’s future is to be saved.

However, the Voters of the Hawkeye State love him, surely more than the love their orange, obese, old, fake president, Donald “Dictator” Trump.

Trump is acting like a spoiled child once again. He recently nominated more unqualified old, white men for positions as federal judges. Grassley is the Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee. He is upholding an unwritten rule which allows Senators from each state to reject a nominee for a federal judgeship if they deem him or her unfit for that position. This policy upholds state’s rights which are not mentioned in the Constitution, guaranteed by the Law of the Land.

Over the weekend, when your illegitimate president was informed that Grassley refused to “rubber stamp” Trump’s nominees, he was livid. I’m certain his response was; “How dare any of my subjects reject the demand of his king?”

More Trump, more fascism, more violations of the Constitution.

Since 1900, Iowa supported 11 Democratic candidates for the presidency, and 21 Republicans. Although they voted for Trump in 2016, 2020, and 2024, they chose Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012.

Trump could be putting his party’s future in jeopardy if he attacks Grassley, or their junior Senator, Joni Ernst.

I know that Trump cannot run for a third term in 2028. However, every action he takes is focused on the repeal of the 22nd Amendment.

I give you a laugh. Trump, who has violated the Constitution dozens if not hundreds of times, is complaining that restricting his ability to appoint biased federal judges who will do his immoral and illegal bidding for him is “violating his Constitutional rights.

Let’s get real. In 2028, Trump will be 82 years old. Would an uniformed electorate actually choose and even more senile old man to “lead” our nation?
