Our Nation’s Military and Law Enforcement Overwhelmingly Support Trump’s Constitutional Violations

Let’s get right to it. Law Enforcement and our nation’s Military are fascist organizations. Neither could exist without unwavering obedience to their superiors, and absolute loyalty is understood by all. This should not be a surprise.

If you ever served time in the military, the concept of “chain of command” is repeated ad nauseam. The same is true in every law enforcement training facility.

I have a confession to make. Before I was a junior in high school, I was ignorant, not because I didn’t read or ask questions, because the real world had been hidden from me.

I learned that I had been raised in an atmosphere of white privilege. My life had been focused on church and school. The Catholic Church controlled my life. I never came in contact with a Black child until I left St. Bernard’s High School and attended Venice High School. I learned a new term, a new reality: our country was divided into “two Americas.”

I was raised to believe in an illusion, I’m not talking about the Catholic Church, although my belief in organized religion did change, I’m referring to everything I accepted as fact. My world and the world of my Black friends were nothing alike. They grew up in an atmosphere of uncertainty and even fear.

I was raised to respect my elders and anyone in authority. I trusted everyone. My Black friends had love and respect for their families, regardless of their age, but the word “trust” was used only when speaking about their families and close friends. Their parents taught them how to act around law enforcement, and in the presence of a mostly white crowd. The sad truth is, very little has changed, in my opinion, between the ages of 16 and 79.

When I was in the USAF, racism was prevalent, although my superiors denied the truth. Law enforcement in most states is controlled by racists and bigots. In the deep south, including Florida, racism and bigotry have reached levels not seen since the 1950’s.

However, until 2003, our military and law enforcement agencies operated within the law of the land. The Homeland Security Act of 2002 provided funding for a new and unnecessary law enforcement division. They called it the “Immigration and Customs Enforcement,” ICE.

The men and women who compose ICE are thugs and villains who are not required to follow the rule of law. The truth is, they are Neo-Nazis and in 2025 they have become Trump’s personal gestapo.

The following will confirm the fact that our government is the most incompetent and corrupt in the world.

The tragic reality of the cowardly attacks on 9/11 will never be forgotten. Anyone who was alive on that horrific day will never forget where they were and what they were doing at the moments before they turned on their televisions and saw the upper floors of one of the World Trade Centers exhaling huge amounts of black smoke. Just minutes later, we saw a second plane crash into the other tower.

I know now that if our leaders in the White House had paid attention to our nation’s security agencies, this travesty might never have happened.

What came after the attacks lives on.

The Truth no one will tell you is that the terrorists who led the attacks on 9/11 achieved most of their goals. The American people began to lose freedom and rights formerly guaranteed by the Constitution.

In 2001 our president was a moron. He was controlled by a corrupt and self-serving Vice President and other members of his administration. These professional politicians used the unfathomable attacks on our own soil to create new and unnecessary agencies and hastily pass unconstitutional laws which moved our nation to the extreme right: towards the creation of a totalitarian government.

ICE was not created until 2003, however the addition of a national police force was one of the last crimes committed by the fools who spent most of their days on Capitol Hill.

On October 26, 2001, George W. Bush signed the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001. It is now simply called “the Patriot Act.”

This hastily and poorly written law authorized law enforcement agencies at all levels to detain, search, and seize anything and everything they discovered if “they believed the situation might loosely be related to an act of terrorism.”

It was of no concern that the Patriot Act literally repealed the 4^th Amendment and damaged the 14^th.

Fourth Amendment: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

14^th Amendment: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

The key words here are “due process.” This is happening every day as ICE conducts raids across America, kidnapping and detaining anyone who is not pure white, including citizens born in this country or naturalized.

These heinous and cruel acts are occurring with the full cooperation of every law enforcement agency and all branches of the military without regard for the safety and well-being of the men, women, and children who are taken to one of a growing number of concentration camps.

Personally, my wife and I are outraged. Many of these people worked and paid taxes, and contributed to Social Security and Medicare for years. Even Ronald Reagan believed that anyone who resided in our nation for more than seven years, and had not committed a crime, should be allowed a path to citizenship. Trump does not agree. His ambition tis to “ethnically cleanse” our nation, “Making America White Again.

Where the hell is my country? It has been repealed along with the Constitution.
