Murder in the First Degree

Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart

Every day over the last 10+ months, Trump violated the Fifth Amendment, after the Supreme Court granted him powers not intended by our Founding Fathers. He knows he is above the law and continues to commit the most egregious crimes known to man.

Trump and his henchman, Pete Hegseth, along with the consent of the corrupt men and women in the Pentagon, have murdered more than 100 people off the coast of Venezuela in a direct violation of the Fifth Amendment.

Fifth Amendment: “No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

I highlighted the last portion. This is the exact part of the Amendment that Trump is violating with the use of his personal Gestapo, ICE, and when he murders individuals who have not been allowed their day in court. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty.

What would happen to a member of law enforcement if he or she invaded a man or woman’s home who was accused of murder, rape, drug trafficking, or another serious crime and said, “we believe you are guilty of committing a serious crime,” and put two bullets in his or her chest, killing that individual instantly? That officer would be charged with first degree murder and punished severely. This would be a clear violation of the Fifth Amendment.

Trump is also guilty of treason and of being an accessory to murder before, during, and after the violent insurrection on January 6, 2021.

First, allow me to make an irrefutable statement. If you did not watch all three hours of the darkest day in American history on January 6 as it happened, you are not allowed to make a comment. The excerpts shown on Fox were heavily censored and extremely selective. On that day, after planning and organizing an attempted coup at the Willard Hotel, Trump ordered his Nazi army to halt the certification of the 2020 Electoral College Vote, and murder Nancey Pelosi and Mike Pence. There is no argument about these proceedings, my wife and I would be willing to testify in any court in the land. These were a few of the saddest hours in my 79 years on earth.

At least two members of the Capitol Police were killed during the riot. Trump ordered his Nazi supporters to take action, refused to order his minions to halt their actions as the level of violence escalated, and people were injured and killed.

He is guilty of accessory after the fact because he pardoned more than 1,600 of the worst traitors our nation has ever known.

America’s first, and hopefully lastm dictator is a murderous villain who must be evicted from our White House by any means. He is NOT an AMERICAN PRESIDENT.
