How Six Corrupt Supreme Court Justices Remade the Court Into a Tool for Right-Wing Extremists

Every organization is controlled from the top of the food
chain. Corporations follow the policies of the CEO, COO, and the CFO.
Government officials, both Democratic and Authoritarian, obey their primary leader
who controls the direction of a nation and its citizens. Our nation’s military
demands and receives 100 percent obeyance from it’s lower ranking members. In
America, the third branch of government, the Supreme Court, follows the direction
of the Chief Justice.
Personally, I believe that a great, even a good leader is
wise and his success lies within the people he was chosen to lead.

I WOULD DESCRIBE JOHN ROBERTS AS “A SNEAKY SON OF A BITCH”
Like most Americans, I believed that Chief Justice, John
Roberts, was a moderate who would choose to do the right thing for the American
people. I was conned.
Everyone knows that Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito are
dedicated right-wing politicians. Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney
Barrett are unqualified and owe their positions to the efforts of Moscow Mitch
McConnell and Donald Trump. Both men have loyalties to Vladimir Putin.
On June 24, 2022, six Republicans on the Court reversed a
decision made by a legitimate Supreme Court on January 22, 1973 known as “Roe v
Wade.” Their decision removed the right of all women to make decisions about
their own mental and physical health.
I was very disappointed to learn that Roberts voted with
Trump’s stooges. Today, I have learned that my estimation of the Chief Justice
was clouded and once again I was fooled by a master politician.
THE EXTREMIST’S MOLE ON THE SUPREME COURT
What I have learned is that Roberts has been hiding in plain
sight. He is the mole on the Court. He not only supports the current plutocracy,
he will allow Trump to implement the ideas contained in the right-wing’s
fascist manifesto, Project 2025.
I should have known. I learned years ago that the most
dangerous individual in any situation is the one who avoids being the focus of
the press and quietly leads others, convincing or demanding acceptance for his
personal agenda.
SECRET MEMOS REVEAL THE REAL JOHN ROBERTS
It was Roberts who put an end to President Obama’s efforts
to address the seriousness of climate change.
[The Times further reported, “When colleagues warned the
chief justice that he was proposing an unprecedented move, he was dismissive.
‘I recognize that the posture of this stay request is not typical,’ he wrote.
But he argued that the Obama plan, which aimed to regulate coal-fired plants,
was ‘the most expensive regulation ever imposed on the power sector,’ and too
big, costly and consequential for the court not to act immediately.”
[Justice Elena Kagan reportedly warned in her private memo
to colleagues that Roberts was advocating for an “unprecedented” intervention
in the complex litigation. She would be among the four Democratic appointees to
note their dissent in the published order that accomplished Roberts’ goal.]
“BETTER THE DEVIL YOU KNOW THAN THE ONE YOU DON’T”
The former comes from John Taverner’s Proverbs of Erasmus
(1539). Its validity has been confirmed thousands of times throughout history.
This is the real John Roberts.
All informed Americans have been aware of extreme bias
revealed by the late Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas, and Samuel Alito.
However, the truth about Roberts has been hidden for more than two decades.
POSSIBLY THEIR BIGGEST MISTAKE
When the Constitutional Convention ended in 1789, several
members of that patriotic group known as our nation’s Founding Fathers, wrote
letters to their constituents, admitting that what they had accomplished was
imperfect. They expressed their belief that their successors would improve upon
what they had begun.
Their greatest mistake was underestimating mankind’s lust
for power and wealth.
Their second mistake was giving Supreme Court justices
lifetime appointments. The Court has become the most powerful branch of our
government based on their abuse of power. In the 21st century they
ignore their primary function and alter or create their own laws which favor
right-wing extremists.
The intention of our Founding Fathers was to ensure that
Supreme Court justices would be exempt from becoming politicized if they did
not face reelection. “Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.”
If America is to survive the 21st century,
massive reform is mandatory. I don’t see that happening. Our government is the
most corrupt in the world of developed nations.
