Blame Lies on the Skinny Shoulders of Trump Sycophant, Bari Weiss

A shift in the morning “nws” shows reveals one fact: Trump is an albatross.

In October of 2025, CBS’ parent company, Paramount, placed Trump sycophant, Bari Weiss, in control of the News Department. Big mistake by men and women with too much money.

-One of her first decisions was to fire late-night talk show host Stephen Colbert. Fans did not agree, and this began a decline in all CBS’ news-related broadcasts.

DECLINES IN MORNING AND EVENING VIEWERS

Recently, I reported that the CBS evening news broadcast is behind the other two legitimate networks in the ratings. A new study confirms that the morning “news” shows are experiencing the same situation.

Since Bari Weiss was given the reins of CBS’ news division, the Nielson ratings confirm a steep and steady decline in the number of viewers watching “CBS This Morning.”

Statistics were reviewed over a one-week period in April. GMA, the Today Show, and CBS This Morning revealed interesting and telling results.

GMA averaged 2.924 million viewers per day, and 508,000 in the all-important 25-54 age group. The show was up 9 percent from previous studies and 10 percent in the coveted age group.

Today led all three with 2.996 million viewers per day, and 639, 000 in the 25-54 group. Viewership remained steady, with the exception of a 2 percent increase in the coveted group.

CBS did not fare as well. It averaged 1.756 million, and 310,000 in the targeted group. It was down 2 percent in total viewers.

Statistics don’t lie.

Trump’s popularity continues to expose the con man. Remember the quote attributed to Abraham Lincoln: “You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time."

Is it possible that our nation’s people are using their intellect and rejecting their emotions, finding value in common sense, instead of accepting lies and conspiracy theories as “alternative facts?”
