Trust No One: No One is On Your Side

I may be an old man, but I know two things: I have seen or heard all the great individual men and women who created the greatest music in history, and the bands who thrilled us, and I have lived long enough to see our nation’s federal government become the most corrupt and incompetent in the world.

I am aware that I was naïve before my junior year in high school, 1962, but for the most part, I trusted my government, our military leaders, law enforcement, and the priests serving me and my fellow parishioners in our church. I also believed that most of America’s wealthiest men and women and the corporations they owned cared about the quality of their products and the people who worked for them.

As I near my 80th birthday, I no longer trust anyone in our nation who has outrageous wealth and/or complete power over my life.

The truth is both disheartening and unacceptable.

NOT A SINGLE PERSON IN OUR GOVERNMENT IS WORTH THE SALARY THEY RECEIVE

The total basic annual salary of the principal members of all three branches of our government, 535 legislators, nine Supreme Court Justices, and your president and vice-president is $96,548,100. However, they all have expense accounts and additional “privileges.”

In 2026, not one of them works for you. All elected officials have one primary concern, winning reelection. Supreme Court Justices enjoy the privilege of having lifetime appointments. The latter are worse than the others. They are the reason Trump has become America’s first Nazi dictator.

Our military leaders in the Pentagon have lost every war since WWII. Of greater importance is the fact that they support the fascist in the White House. They are a disgrace to the more than 400,000 men and women who lost their lives fighting to defeat fascism between 1941 and 1945.

Our nation’s 989 oligarchs/billionaires are members of a plutocracy, and a plutocracy/oligarchy cannot exist in a free and democratic society. Therefore, they support Donald John Trump.

All law enforcement agencies have become agents of the rich and powerful. Minorities have become targets for massive mistreatment, and acts of violence from all men and women whose purpose was once to “protect and serve the people.”.

There is no justice for the majority in America. Our courts are designed to punish average Americans and give a slap on the hands to the rich and powerful.

A large number of fake Christian leaders support Trump and his fascist army, including his secret police/gestapo known as ICE.

Who is on our side, the side of the majority? Sadly NO ONE.

The Real Victims in the Trump Saga

He is playing the role of a victim. I guess part of Trump’s decline in mental acuity is a severe loss of memory. In the Most Diverse Nation in the World, DEI is the Right Thing to Do

Why is Trump determined to crush any efforts to implement a policy of DEI in American business? Simple. He is a Nazi and the leader of the white supremacist movement in America.
