Is It a War When more than 2,000 Missiles and Other Ordnance are Used to Attack the People of a Foreign Country, or is it a “Skirmish?”

On February 28, 2026, Trump unilaterally began missile
strikes against the sovereign nation of Iran, without provocation. Iran has
responded with counterattacks, killing a reported 18 members of United States military
personnel. Seven months later, there is no indication that Trump’s war will
ever end.
Trump claims that this is not a war, because if it is, he
has committed another huge violation of the Constitution.
The truth is, he chose to attack Iran to create a distraction
from his close association with pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein. Seven months later
He is unable to find a way out of this mess and not be blamed for another
failure in a life composed of losses and defeat.

War: a state of usually open and declared armed hostile
conflict between states or nations
(2): a period of such armed conflict
This definition confirms another constitutional violation by
America’s most prolific criminal.
The situation in Iran is another example of how Trump fails
to keep campaign promises.
[ Media watchdogs and video archives (including BBC Verify
and The Guardian) recorded multiple instances of Trump pledging "no more
wars," stating he was the only modern president with no new wars, and
asserting on the campaign trail that he would stop wars rather than start them.]
Along with the “end of inflation on day one,” and “I will
end the war in Ukraine on day one,” Trump is 0 for 3 on his most important campaign
promises.
During the 2016 campaign, Trump announced to his cult: “I
love wars, even the nuclear kind.”
The overall truth is, a draft dodger is now wearing the
title of “Commander-in-Chief.”
