Sorry, not Sorry, Republicans, You Made Bad Choices and You Must Deal with the Consequences

On January 20, 2017, every man and woman calling themselves
a “Republican” surrendered their integrity, morals, their very souls, to Donald
John Trump. They showered him with effusive, undeserved praise while defending
his thousands of lies and his many violations of the Constitution. They reneged
on their campaign promises to serve the needs and wishes of their constituents.
Fascism had come to America, and its leader is wearing a cheap “rug,” has
orange skin, and is an obese 80-year-old spoiled child/schoolyard bully.
Trump 2.0 is 100 times worst than the first. Because of his
failure to keep his three primary campaign promises, combined with reckless
spending, his approval ratings are now the lowest in history, at 29 percent.
A BLUE WAVE?
The midterm elections will be held on November 3rd.
All 435 seats in the House will be decided, as well as one-third of the Senate.
Currently, Republicans hold 219 seats, and Democrats, 214. One seat is held by
an Independent, who generally caucuses with Republicans, and one seat is
vacant.
Republicans hold 53 seats in the Senate, Democrats 47, including
two Independents who caucus with progressives.
It is very likely that Democrats will take control of the
House as Trump’s failure to end inflation, achieve peace in Ukraine, and his unconstitutional
war against Iran, have made him the least popular president in history. Add to
this hs ill-advised tariffs, and America’s economy is spiraling towards another
recession or worse. However, until weeks ago, when it became a reality that
Democrats could retake the House, 219 traitors to the American people continued
to bow to their Fuhrer.
Although the possibility of Democrats regaining control of
the Senate is slim, it is possible that the final tally after the election
could be 51-49, or 50-50 for Democrats.
The desperation on the right side of the aisle is “off the
charts.”
A GROWING NUMBER OF REPUBLICANS ARE RENEGING ON THEIR
SUPPORT FOR THEIR FASCIST LEADER
Only now, when the polls are projecting the possibility of a
“blue wave,” have a growing number of men and women who call themselves “Republicans”
claiming that they oppose Trump’s illegal, immoral, and anti-American policies.
This situation is a perfect example and the definition of “hypocrisy.”
I have a message for every person sitting on the right side
of the Capitol Building, “it’s time to pay for your crimes against the American
people and for your violations of the oath of office.” A critical part of the
oath requires a promise to “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of
the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” Trump
is the enemy of every patriotic American citizen.
Personally, for every “Republican,” in Washington, I wish
you only the worst. It’s what you deserve.
