How Horrible is Trump? Dick Cheney Will Vote for Kamala Harris

Dick Cheney, father of one of the last true Republicans in Congress, Liz Cheney, was the Secretary of Defense in the George H.W. Bush Administration. In 2001 he served as Vice-President for George W. Bush until 2009. He was frequently referred to as the “Co-President.”

Mr. Cheney has been a lifetime Republican. However, his fear that Trump could become our president has influenced his vote in 2024. Liz Cheney claims that he will vote for Kamala Harris.

TRUMP IS LOSING HIS GRIP ON THE ONCE GRAND OLD PARTY

As an increasing number of influential Republicans abandon Trump and his anti-American plans for our nation’s future, Project 20205, Trump’s control over the right-wing continues to decline. He is too old and his mental abilities continue to fade, making his speech more unintelligible and garbled, and would be an even bigger mistake if elected than he was in 2016.

This election is not between two political parties. It is clearly a battle for the control of America’s future. The combatants are similar to those who fought for their vision of our nation’s future between 1861 and 1865. It is a contest between ideologies.

On one side are patriotic Americans who value the Constitution, and the principles of our Founding Fathers who created it and all it stands for.

On the other side are those who believe that our country should return to the darkest days of the mid-twentieth century when racism, bigotry, and prejudice in all its forms was not only acceptable, but part of normal life. To force the changes necessary, they are willing to end democracy and accept a totalitarian government not unlike that of Vladimir Putin’s Russia, or even Hitler’s Germany in the 1930’s.

IN THE PAST VILLAINS FROM THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE AISLE REMAINED LOYAL TO THEIR COUNTRY

Republicans have had their share of men who sought great change in America. They rejected the path our nation was choosing, and believed returning to the past was the only alternative.

I remember everything about Nixon, Reagan, George W. Bush, and his Vice-President, Dick Cheney. They rejected the progressive agenda of their predecessors, and believed that their vision for our nation’s future was the only way to preserve the future of America.

However, they differ from Trump in one important way: they love or loved their country. Trump literally hates my America. His loyalty is to his handler, Vladimir Putin, not to our nation’s people, or even his own loyal supporters he refers to as “basement dwellers.”

Only a patriotic American should be our president. Trump is not that person. He serves Donald John Trump first and last.
