Greatest Danger to America’s Future: Six Corrupt Supreme Court Justices

Denial, lies, rewriting the Constitution, massive corruption. These are accurate terms to describe six members of the current Supreme Court.

I have been a political writer since 2012. Regardless of the failures of the executive and legislative branch, I always had faith that the Supreme Court would save our nation from complete destruction. That was until October of 2020.

Crooked Moscow Mitch, Roe v Wade, June 24, 2022, voting rights, placing Trump above the law, this is Fuhrer Donald Trump’s Supreme Court.

GASLIGHTING AND CATFISHING

The two articles which inspired me to write this were about John Roberts and Samuel Alito, and their attempts to both gaslight and catfish the American people. They are attempting to blow smoke up our asses about how far to the right six members of the Court have become, and how they are “just doing their jobs.” Bullshit.

Let’s look at their first crime against all women, and a serious violation of the intent of the Constitution.

On June 24, 2022, these traitors to the American people overturned a decision by a legitimate Supreme Court 49 years in the past. Abortion should never have become an issue. However, the right-wing’s support of Christianity forced it to become a divisive subject during every election.

The right is gaslighting you. Roe v Wade was less about the “rights of a fetus,” than the right-wing’s war against the rights of all women.

It is an undeniable fact that all men and women calling themselves “Republicans” reject a woman’s right to make decisions about her own mental and physical health, as guaranteed by the Constitution.

Abortion should have remained a decision made by one woman and her physician, not by a political party or a single religion.

THE MOST IMPORTANT INTENTIONS OF OUR FOUNDING FATHERS

Regardless of what right-wing/fascists tell us, the Constitution was designed to be a “living document.”

This Court is ignoring historical fact. Our Founding Fathers left England for many reasons, but the two most often discussed were freedom of and freedom from religion, and their adamant rejection of a nation’s leader becoming any form of an authoritarian despot.

Truth, the second most egregious action by Roberts, Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett was allowing Trump to abuse his powers without any form of punishment. Their decisions placed Trump above the law, and therefore recreated our nation into a country without justice or law.

Although the situation has existed for decades, wealthy and powerful Americans are never punished for their crimes.

The perfect example of this sad and devastating fact is your illegitimate president.

Because of decisions made by six corrupt members of the Court, Trump will never be punished for his organization, planning, and execution of a treasonous insurrection on January 6, 2021. He will never be punished for multiple violations of the Espionage Act on January 20, 2021. Nor will he be impeached and removed from office for his declaration of war against Iran. The total number of his Constitutional violations outnumber the fingers on my hand and the toes on my feet combined.

KNOWING THAT THE RIGHT WING WILL LOSE THE HOUSE AND SENATE IN NOVEMBER, THE SCOTUS IS ATTEMPTING TO CHANGE THIS FACT

It is no secret that red states are using every tactic available to rig the midterm elections, including gerrymandering, and demanding multiple forms of voter ID to exercise your Constitutional Right. Proving that these five men and one woman are politically and ideologically biased is demonstrated by their vote to allow desperate members of Trump’s Nazi Party to win elections they don’t deserve.

OUR FOUNDING FATHERS KNEW THAT THEIR EFFORTS HAD NOT PRODUCED PERFECTION

After the end of the Constitutional Convention in 1789, many of our Founding Fathers wrote letters to their constituents, confirming their awareness that what had been accomplished was not perfect. This fact alone confirms their belief that the Constitution must be considered a “living document.”

Their two biggest errors in judgement were not establishing term limits on all three branches, and giving lifetime appointments to justices on the Supreme Court. There is a third, the Electoral College. I believe that the people, not the states should choose our presidents, and every vote should count.

Because Supreme Court justices have lifetime appointments, they cannot be removed from office by any other means than impeachment. The American people have no way to display their disapproval for the actions of these all-powerful enemies of America.

AMERICA’S GOVERNMENT DOES NOT NEED CHANGE, IT MUST RECEIVE A DRASTIC AND COMPLETE MAKEOVER

I’m not sure that the United States of America can survive Trump’s fascist regime. It is does, our nation must experience a “do-over,” modernizing and corruption-proofing our federal government.

Will that happen in my lifetime? I sincerely doubt it.
