Politicians, Insurance Companies, All Corporations, Political Parties

I often think about what makes America less than it should or
could be. I know all the good things: I love history and our Founding Fathers stated
their reasons for creating the United States of America better than I could
ever explain them to you.
ACCORDING TO ME, HERE ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST
I won’t use individuals, you know who they are. The
government of the United States has become the most corrupt and incompetent in
the world, and there are plenty of guilty individuals on Capitol Hill. I will list
organizations and groups I consider to be the most harmful to the image and
future of America.
I trust no one with great wealth or power. I could have chosen
our incompetent military leaders in the Pentagon, all law enforcement agencies,
many religious leaders, and other groups I despise for their failures to do
what is right without reservation. However, I narrowed it down to just four.
PROFESSIONAL POLITIICANS BELONG TO THE WORST PROFESSION IN
THE WORLD
If a politician is speaking to the press or in front of a
television camera, he or she is most likely lying or offering you lies of omission.
No politician in the 21st century has the courage to give a direct
answer to a direct question other than Bernie Sanders.
Any time a member of any of our three branches of government
uses the words, "for reasons of national security,” they are covering up one
of their many crimes against the American people or those of their fellow
criminals. Decades in the past they forgot, or simply lost concern for the fact
that they are elected to serve the people. They consider themselves of greater
value than you or me, and believe they are more intelligent and wiser than the
men and women who voted for them.
Because our Founding Fathers failed to place term limits on the
executive, legislative, and judicial branches, we have politicians whose only
interest is reelection. “Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts
absolutely.”
Only 32 percent of Americans trust their federal government
in 2026.
INSURANCE COMPANIES PLACE PROFITS BEFORE PEOPLE
All Americans are forced to pay for insurance. By law, your
home, your car, any license you are required to possess must be protected by
insurance.
When I was in high school, I learned that the entire Insurance
industry is corrupt. Whenever they can, they will refuse to pay a claim,
although they gladly accept your payments.
What statisticians will not tell you about their profits border
on criminal activity. In the healthcare industry, customers who need the most
help, specifically life-saving measures, are frequently denied coverage.
America has the most expensive healthcare in the world.
Knowing that the United States is the only developed nation without universal
insurance for every citizen explains this fact. It remains an outrage and one
of the most valid reasons why our nation has never been a great country.
One example: [In 1980, the national average cost of one
night in a U.S. hospital room was about \(\$127\). By 2026, the average cost
for a single day of an inpatient hospital stay has soared to roughly
\(\$3,000\) to \(\$3,100\). This staggering increase reflects decades of
compounding medical inflation alongside advanced treatments.]
CORPORATIONS ARE THE ENEMY OF THE WORKING CLASS
The largest corporations in America pay the least amount of
taxes, while making profits which truly “blow your mind.”
They continue to “buy” elections. This fact is based on an
unconstitutional decision by a corrupt Supreme Court. In 2010 corporations were
given the same rights as individuals. “Citizens United” gave the rich more
power in our elections than the working man or woman. This ruling allows
corporations and unions to donate unlimited amounts of money on independent
political advocacy.
Add this to the unconstitutional fact that corporations have
lobbies and lobbyists whose only purpose is to influence the votes of
legislators, and it is fair to say that the rich own the legislative branch of
our federal government.
I SAVED POLITICAL PARTIES FOR LAST
Anyone who reads my rants frequently, knows that I am a
lifelong Independent voter. My question is, “why aren’t you?”
No one who believes in the basic concept of America and the
reason we have the right to vote would ever belong to a political party.
Democrats and Republicans have one and only one goal: to win
elections.
Fact: voting for anyone for the sole reason that they have
an “R” or a “D” next to their name is moronic. You are throwing your vote away
in most cases.
Every voter should be informed, and every voter should vote
for the person whose position on the most important issues is closest to their
own beliefs and needs.
Voting for a party is why the once Grand Old Party no longer
exists today.
In the coming election, a vote for a Republican is, in
reality, a vote for Donald Trump, who is without a doubt the worst president in
our nation’s 250 years. No one will ever take that title from him.
One last question: how do you feel about my choices? Do you
believe others are worse? Speak up, it’s your right: you are an American. At
least for a while longer.
