Republican Politicians Cannot Brag About Their Accomplishments and Are Forced to Lie About their Opponents

First, the most important and troubling fact I will offer
you is undeniable and unforgivable. American voters are, in general, the least
informed voters in the world. Our nation’s people have become complacent and
refuse to learn the truth about the men and women seeking their votes. Like
your illegitimate president, they “learn everything they need to know on
television.”
The second fact is that November 3rd will be
another opportunity to rid our nation of incompetent and uncaring professional
politicians who have accomplished nothing for our nation’s people for more than
45 years, but many of these corrupt men and women will win a second, third, or
fourth term.
POLITICIANS SHOULD BE JUDGED BY THEIR FAILURES AND THEIR
ACCOMPLISHMENTS, NOT BY THE LETTER “D” OR “R” NEXT TO THEIR NAME
I firmly believe that only Independent voters are informed
and therefore vote wisely.
That being the truth, every Republican on your ballot will
lie and attempt to mislead you with television ads lying about their opponents,
attempting to make them appear unworthy of your vote. These are their tactics
because they are unable to offer you one positive reason why you should surrender
your most precious and important right to them.
MY STATE IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE, AND LIKELY MIMICS WHAT IS
HAPPENING WHERE YOU LIVE
I live in the “Silver State,” Nevada. I love my state,
especially my home which is in the northern part of the fifth largest
geographical state in the Union. We have an enormous variety of outdoor activities
to enjoy. We have many beautiful lakes and rivers, offering boat enthusiasts, those
who enjoy fishing, and any other sport requiring clear and unpolluted
waterways. We have the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Our ski resorts are some of the
finest in the world. Hiking, mountain climbing, and every other outdoor sport
is available for everyone.
We also have deserts for those who prefer dune buggies and
other sports provided by sand dunes and the flat lands surrounding them. The
fact that Northern Nevada has all four seasons makes our state one of the most
favored by outdoor sports enthusiasts in the United States.
However, we are considered a “purple” or “swing” state
politically.
I have lived in the Reno/Sparks area since 1986: 40 years.
In 1988, our Electoral Votes were awarded to George H.W. Bush. In 1992, In 1992
and 1996, Democrat Bill Clinton was the voter’s choice. In 2000 and 2004,
George W. Bush was the victor. The 2008 and 2012 elections belonged to Barack
Obama. 2016 saw Hillary Clinton win our 5 Electoral College votes. In 2020,
Democratic candidate Joe Biden crushed Donald Trump. However, in 2024, Trump
won a second term. You get the point.
The same is true about our governors. Throughout my
residence in the Silver State, In my estimation, the men elected to lead our
state have been less than adequate, overall.
However, our last Republican Governor, Brian Sandoval was
the best of all, Steve Sisolak, a Democrat, led us through the Covid-19
pandemic, and was extremely successful. However, in 2022, voters were misled
and chose a Trump sycophant, Joe Lombardo, to be our governor.
THE TRUTH ABOUT LOMBARDO’S FAILED FOUR YEARS
Like his mentor, Lombardo had the support of Nevada’s wealthiest
men and women, and Nevad’s most successful businesses. He literally granted
them anything they asked for and agreed to appear in ads created by the
super-rich to convince voters that Lombardo was serving the needs of the
majority. The cost of housing in one of the poorest states in the west
continued to rise, not decline, as promised by those ads. In 2026, Nevada ranks
41st in affordable housing.
Other ads, including healthcare costs, and our state’s
quality of education were just as misleading. Healthcare in Nevada ranks 41st
in both cost and competence. In the quality of education, Nevada is 48th.
ALL REPUBLICANS ACROSS THE STATE CONTINUE TO USE FALSEHOODS
IN DESPERATE ATTEMPTS TO WIN ELECTIONS
The contests for state legislators and federal members of
the House see Republicans using the same tactics and remain loyal to Donald
Trump. Our two Senators, Jacki Rosen, and Catherine Cortez Masto have not
completed their six year terms in 2026.
Lombardo’s attacks on his challenger, Aaron Ford, are 100
percent false. It is obvious that his campaign is relying on the fact that most
Nevadans, like the citizens of 49 other states, are uninformed not only about
the candidates, but also about the simple and available knowledge explaining
how governments work.
Be informed, and vote independently for yourself and those
you love.
